- Attend orientation. Learn about the program structure and expectations.
- Fill out our intake form and have a one-on-one interview with an instructor.

The orientation and interview are required. Orientation will last about 10 minutes, and includes a presentation, Q&A and short video. Interviews will follow orientation. If you have examples of your art or design work, or a resume, we’d love to see it, but it’s not required.
Spaces on the team are filled based on your eligibility, interest and motivation to join. The sooner you interview, the more likely you will get the job!
Must be 14-19 years old, and a resident of the City of Chicago. No previous design experience required
